image Sketchbook Art: Hima & Hasu

Hima and Hasu

Hello everybody! How are you all doing?

Today I want to post another of my Sketchbook artworks. This my last drawings of Churippu, Hima and Hasu. This one is about Hima and Hasu. Maybe I should have made more drawings about them, but I didn’t make a story for them either.

As you can see I also colored this drawing with Crayola Colored Pencils. They are trustworthy for artworks. Some teachers say that those pencils are for kids, use professional ones instead. I still like them and they work well with me. While I learn how to use my prismacolors, at least I have an alternative to color with. I like how it blends and the hardness of it’s core. My Prismacolors are soft core. They are easier to blend but I need a lot of practice.

I didn’t use a lot of Prismacolor pencils to color this image. I only colored the hair. As you can see, it was all  in brown tones. Right now I don’t remember the exact name of each color. But lately I have been using more and more prismacolors in my other drawings. Just as a base but I use them either way. The more I practice the better I will get. These drawing are just the beginning of the my Blue Sketchbook.

What is the Blue Sketchbook that I’ve mentioned so much in my posts. It is just a regular black hardcover sketchbook that I decorated in blue. Cause blue is my favorite color. I make my most important images in it. Soon I will run out of pages to draw in. So I have my Very Big Sketchbook when that time comes.

So there you have it. Since I’ve started posting days have passed a lot faster. I have more than a week worth of posts. And I’ll keep making more. There is something more that I want to tell you all before I forget. During December I will have a post daily. From January and onwards there is going to be a schedule of when I will publish my posts. So watch out for my next post and take care.

See you all later an Happy Holidays,
From Ijiserure.
