Today it is a new Chibi Cute Collection character I want to present.

Who is Neko Bluey? A Character of the Chibi Cute Collection.

Full Name: Arc En Ciel

Age: 19

Height: 5’4

Weight: 115lb

Hair color: Rainbow

Eyes: Black Shadows

Gender: Female

Likes: She likes colors, rainbow fruit tarts and fruit punch. Rainy and sunny days. Eatings, treasure hunting and thrill rides.

Dislikes: She dislikes insects especially hornets. Coffee, rust, and fish.

Strengths: She is deternimed, enthusiastic, imaginative, independent and thourough. Never gives up and never surrenders.

Weaknesses: She has no off button or filter. Stubborn, demanding, prioritizes her own desires. Talks too much and comes on too strong.

Character Personality: She is cheerful no matter the circumstance. She blushes when she is excited. Sometimes she has a comedic or childlike demeanor.

Wants: She just wants to enjoy life.

Problems: Life is not as exciting as it should be.

There you have it a new character for the Chibi Cute Collection. How many characters am I going to make? Would I have a limit? I don’t know, yet. But it is fun to create them. But if I keep making more I won’t be able to develop the older ones.

To be honest, I didn’t have a story for this character. I was planning to leave her without one. But I felt like it wasn’t fair. Every other character has a profile and a story. Why can’t her? So I made one on the stop. It isn’t a backstory, but at least she has a character description.

I want to remake all their drawings. And also draw them in regular body form. But that will be for the near future. Before doing that I have to find a perfect sketchbook for it. I want to perfect my coloring. Retry the watercolor pencil technique.
