Who is Saphir?

She is a character from the Chibi Cute Collection.

Likes: Doughnuts, rabbits, art, butterfly, rainbow’s colors, feeling pretty, drawing, sleeping, singing.

Dislikes: Seafood, pain, scary movies, being disturbed during her work, socializing, hunger, dirt, sharp objects.

Strengths: She is very thorough in her work. Very independent and can do things on her own. Most of the time she tries to be neutral about things.

Weaknesses: She is too lazy, procrastinates too much. Always needs a motivation to do something. Gets distracted very easy. Very easy to upset. Sometimes behaves a bit too pessimistic. Prefers to be an introvert.

Character Background: When life pushes her down she is the one who steps in control. Tries very hard not to put her heart into things. She considers that the mind is more important than what the heart wants.

Wants: She tries to live a life where she doesn’t need to get her heart involved.

Problems: Her attempts to be a person that doesn’t rely on her heart’s whims makes her seem like a heartless person.

And here I present to you a new character for the Chibi Cute Collection. I think I will never run out of characters. Actually, I will someday. The more characters I create there more I will neglect the older ones. Someday I am planning to go back and revive my oldest characters. There is still room for more improvements.

So today I have shown you Saphir. Garnet and Saphir are two characters that come in a pair. It is like they were two sides of the same coin. I wasn’t planning to make them part of the collection. I drew them one day to practices. And here they are. At least I was able to create a short backstory for them.

Both characters are my characters. Characters that I use when I want a representation of myself. Usually, I am more drawn to Garnet, but there are times where I am feeling a bit more like Saphir. For example, I am currently feeling like Saphir. Too bad I do not look like here right now. Nor do I have a way to resemble her.

So there you have it a new CC Character post. I am starting to feel a little better now that I am doing some art again. I do miss it. For now, I have a lot of ideas and plans for the near future. But first I have to catch up and complete my unfinished business.
