Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new art post! One more CCC Art to go. I’ve only made and colored twelve of them for this year. I am still thinking if I am going to draw more for next year. There are a bunch of ideas I want to work on. So I plan to push it for later. Unless I change my mind. I want to do everything. But there isn’t enough time to complete it all. So far I have one artwork for each week of the year and more. Lucky if I manage to do it. 

Now that I think about it, I haven’t drawn anything new for a while. I am supposed to be working on the daily practice. Each day I tell myself I will work on it. But there is something I prefer to do instead. And that is how I’ve fallen behind in my work. I am happy that I have at least 3 finished drawings so far. The funny part is, that I had another idea. So there could be five more Delilah drawings. The thing is, that I don’t know where to draw them. I have a ton of sketchbooks, so I’ll find them soon. 

I do love how my characters look. But I do get bored coloring my characters with colored pencils. I find mixed media much more exciting. The downside is that it takes more work to get one done. The end result makes that all worth it. That is why I make it in the first place. And the more I do it, the better I get at it. 

It’s been so long since I’ve made art for the fun of it. So I have been thinking about scrapbooking and smash journals for the past week. I bought two of them. One is for traveling, and the other one is for personal fun. Only bought a second one because I only have one with me and I want to use it for next year. The new one is for a specific trip, and the others are back at my parent’s house. But I will talk about that later in another post.
