Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new post! The Holidays are here and Christmas is less than two weeks. I wish I were more excited about it. Everything feels the same old same old to me. But I am trying my best to make the most of it. I am planning something super special for Christmas, I am hoping it goes through. So like every year I always create my Christmas Wishlist.

This year has been a challenge to create a Christmas Wish list. I am an adult and I have a job. So I can buy whatever I want whenever I want. And I have everything I need. There are things that I want that are impossible to get at any moment. But the little things I have them all. 

• Anime Style Tarot Cards: So I am starting to take interest in Witchcore Aesthetics. And I’ve been collecting items to decorate my room with. Spellbooks, crystals, incense, candles, obsidian mirrors, hourglasses, etc. The list goes on. So one of my new acquisitions was to get some tarot cards. I don’t know how to use them, I like the way they look. It is all for show and no real practices.

• Forever Crystals Swarovski: I like Swarovski crystals. I’ve been collecting them for years now. It is difficult to find a store that sells them, so I haven’t had new ones for a long while. So this year I decided to buy some again. I am crossing my fingers to find some cute combinations.

• 3D Puzzles Wooden Clock: This looks cool. I am very creative, so the moment I saw one of these I knew I had to have it. I’ve never built something like this before. It doesn’t look very easy but it will be fascinating to try. I don’t have a clock in my room, so it is a gift that keeps on giving.

• 3D Puzzle Book Nook: This is so cute. Like always, I don’t need it but I want it. I have a bookshelf why not put it there? But this was the thing that started it all. I saw a commercial about it and I got curious. Now I am here asking for Christmas. There were more of them online, but I only could pick one. Depending on my experience with this one, I will order some more in the future.

• DIY Vintage Leather Journal: This book looks interesting. I’ve spent months looking for a vintage journal that looks witchy. But they had weird symbols on them and didn’t trust them. There was nothing wrong with them. I just didn’t want to buy an actual witch’s book. So I decided if you can’t find one, then make one. So I will decorate it to my preference.

• Dr. Ph Martin Bombay India Ink: I’ve wanted this for quite a while now. But there was no reason to buy it if I wasn’t going to use it. So instead I got the Radiant Concentrated Watercolors. Now that I have a purpose the time has come to buy it finally. I hope I put it to good use real soon. At least it is waterproof after it dries.

For someone who has almost everything, this is a satisfying list. There are things that I would love to have. But there are moments when one has to hold themselves back. A wish list wouldn’t be special when you can get anything at any time. So next year, I will stop myself from buying things that I want on a whim. Then wait for the Holidays to get them.

Not going to lie, but I struggled making a decent list. Trying to find things that I wanted but at the same time appropriate to post on my blog. Well, I am not going to ask for weird stuff. Disclaimer I do buy my own gifts. I am old enough to not wait for Santa Clause to bring me what I ask for. And I know what I want.  

If the amount of things in my list seems too much, I base it off my childhood experience. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, so we celebrate some extra traditions. When I was little I celebrated Christmas, My Birthday, and Epiphany. So I had three different occasions to get gifts during the Holidays. So I choose an even mount of gifts for those three days. 

So there you have it, a new Christmas Wish List for 2022. I do one of these every single year. I don’t always get what I wish for. And the things that I want the most are too expensive. Do you imagine writing a post about me explain why I want to buy something? That wouldn’t be interesting at all. It would be better talking about how cool it is after getting it.
