Sketchbook Art: Lilith

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing today?

Welcome to my new art post! Today I am posting a new artwork. I am surprised that I haven’t posted this artwork already. I’ve been super busy. The year ends tonight and I am not ready at all. I was planning to post my New Years artwork. But I’ve been celebrating the holidays with my family and it has made it quite impossible to get things done. And to be honest I don’t want to post a new artwork in 2021. It all has to do with creating new and better artwork for 2022 and I don’t want this old year to take some credit.

There is a lot and nothing going on. I’ve been tired and all I want is some rest. People are saying that I am burned out. But if that were true, I would be feeling burnt out all the time. So I decided to take a break on my birthday week. Everything will go back to normal after that. An impromptu trip showed up and I can not keep up with all the things that I have to do to make this run smoothly. All I know is that 2022 is going to be different or the same, I don’t know, I haven’t decided.

My plan is to do as much progress as I can, but I the same time trying to fight against burnout. And I’ve been feeling that a lot lately or the majority of this year. All I can say is that I do not like 2021. I started it on the wrong foot last January, and I don’t want to repeat that again. My only option is to hope for the best and make this new year my best year.

So there you have it a new art post. And this is my last one for 2021. I am glad to have finished the year with an artwork that I created this year. Now the new artwork I will save it for 2022. They are ready to color, I am waiting for things to go back to normal so I can color them during a live stream. But for now, I am going to enjoy what is left of the Holidays, I still can’t believe that I spent more time planning this than the time spent celebrating it.
