Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?
This is a Stella Maris Travel Post. This time I made a list of the things that I want to try in the French Riviera and in Monaco. To me the French Riviera is a bit confusing. Sometimes I am not sure which towns are included there. All I know is that Nice and Cannes are part of it. Maybe Marceilles is there too.
The list isn’t much. They are located in the south of France, so their cuisine is french. I have already made a list of all the things that I want to in France/Paris. I didn’t wanted to make the same list twice. So I search for new food that I could only find in the south. Monaco is a small country, but I try to find a large variety of meals.
Even though I will only be passing by. At least for one night I want to try a few dishes. Now I have to rethink what do I want to do there. I will only have one night. It must be memorable and unforgettable. Well it is not like I’ll win a change a drive a Formula 1 car or anything. But I’ll try my luck at a Casino.
What I want to eat in the French Riviera:
- Salad Nicoise
- Pasta Shop (Fabrique de Pates Fraiches
- Patisserie Auer
- Ratatouille
- Omelette aux truffes
- Tapenade
- Daube
- Pastis
- Bouillabaisse
- Tarte Tropezienne
- Fromage de chevre
What I want to eat in Monaco:
- Fougasse
- Stocafi
- Barbagiuan
- Socca
- Pan Bagnat
I bet there has to be more than this. I haven’t searched enough. At least in Monaco there has to be something more than bread. Something sweet like a dessert might be good. Or a treat that I can take back as a souvenir.
And there you have it another travel post. As I am writing my post right now I am missing my blog so much. I write without knowing when I will be posting again. As the days go by, I write to keep myself entertained. It is quite boring in the dark without nothing else to do than go to bed. By now I have found out that the region of Catalonia in Spain has become independent. So that means that it is Barcelona from Catalonia now. I guess I’ll have to add a new country to my list of places that I want to visit. Now Spain is Spain and Barcelona is Barcelona. Not the same country anymore. Well I kinda felt something like that would happen sooner or later. Catalonia even haves their own language and everything.
