Art Project: Art Journaling #5

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing today?

Welcome to my new art post! Yes! I have more to show than what you expect. I should be posting other different kinds of art projects. But I am very limited with what I can do. So until I get more art supplies I will be struggling to create various types of art projects. But I like what I do. I hope you like it too.

Creating artwork is not that hard. Grab a bunch of art supplies and dump it all on a page. I wanted flowers so I drew flowers. Enough to cover up the page. Then I wanted to gesso it to add paint on it. The biggest mistake was using a wonky marker to make the outline of the flowers. So when I added the gesso, the ink spread everywhere. I lost my flowers.

The good thing about art journaling is, that you can fix any mistake and the art will still come out fine. I continued with the gesso application. And I drew the flowers again. So I painted them. And added some extra details. I am satisfied with the way it already looks. But something more wouldn’t be a bad idea to add. I am thinking about big bold letters.

When I am making an art journal project I get ideas to do other ones. Even the leftovers I spread them onto other pages for future use. Some extra paints, inks, and gesso can be handy to start up a new project. Art Journaling is a project that keeps on giving. From one project I got ideas for two or three more of them. And the cycle goes on when you work on another one and another.

What art supplies did I use?

  • Dylusions Creative Journal
  • Dylusions Paint Pens
  • White Gesso
  • Black Ink Pen
  • Kuretake Zig Clean Color Pens

And there you have it another art journaling project. I am sorry that these are the majority of projects I have right now. Well, at least I am making up for all those years. I’ve always wanted to try doing art journaling since 2013. But I’ve been too scared to try it. And now I am getting back all those lost years.

Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active. Never forget to add me at FacebookTwitterInstagramTumblr, and on Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,

from Ijiserure
