Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?
Today I want to show you a new art project. I am glad that I am doing more of these. I take one day of the week to dedicate it to an art project. On other days I create drawings. There is always something to do everyday.
I like to make art projects. Planning is not required. You open your journal and dump some creativity all over it. In the end something amazing comes out. Well, that’s the way I do it. Sometimes I have an idea, it never goes as planned. And there are other days where I go in blank and go with the flow.
So what did I do?
On my Dylusion journal I created four squares. Protected each square with washi tape. So I painted each square with one specific color. I colored the square half way and sprayed water until I got the all page went. When the water dried I colored and sprayed again. At first it looked like a total mess.
I didn’t know what to do next. But then I got the idea of adding more color and drops of water around the squares. This project took me forever. Every time I added new drops of water I had to wait for them to dry. It took me days to get this done.
Days later, the water was dry and the page flatten. So I took off the tape around the squares. Then I painted black all the frames outside the squares. Wanting the squares to stand out more I drew around a white line on the edges.
What supplies did I used?
- Dylusion Creative Journal
- Dylusion Paints
- Dylusion Paint Pens
- Gelly Roll Pen
- Kuretake Zig Clean Color Pen Real Brush Pens
- Washi Tape
- Water
I was so happy, I love how it turned out. It took me so long to get it done. And I wouldn’t stop adding water into I saw something that I liked. The patterns look so good that I decided not adding anything to it. I want to do something like this again. So much ink and so much water.
There you have it, a new art project post. This was so much fun. Now I remember that these kinds of projects take a lot of your time. And they also make a lot of mess. I still have ink on my arms from my recent art project. But I still love it. I want to do more of it.
Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active. Never forget to add me at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and on Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!
See you all later and take care,
from Ijiserure
