Hello Everybody! How are you all doing today?

Welcome to my new Chibi Art post! Today I am posting another character from the Chibi Cute Collection. Soon I plan to draw some more of them. But first, there are two sketchbooks I want to finish. Then I’ll move back to drawing chibi characters in regular forms.

This character is the purple butterfly. It was exciting to draw this character. She is one of my original favorites. I have a few others, but my plan is to draw them and publish them in order. The question is, when would I have the time to color them. I am still dreaming to get that desk.

I love the sketchbook I am using. The Leda Art Supply sketchbook feels so nice while drawing on it. The pages are very smooth. But what makes it all better is that I am inking with a dip pen. I am sad that I can’t use watercolor on it. That is why I do only line-arts in these sketchbooks.

My plan is to do as many line-arts as I can. Then I’ll buy a printer with a scanner. I can print out my drawings and color them there instead. But that would be in a few months. So that is what I’ve been trying to do for that past few months.

I need to color more. I am starting to run out of colored art. At the same time, I am trying to practice some of my watercolors. But they aren’t good enough to publish them. Now I have to start coloring some drawings for the rest of the year. I draw a lot but I don’t post as much.

Times have been weird. There is so much I have to do and none of them are creativity related. Sometimes I want to take a break to disconnect from everything. But that is impossible. There is nowhere to go. My favorite places are close. So I continue doing what I always do.

So there you have it a new art post I even learned that I don’t work well in hot climates. That makes things even more difficult for me. But I am doing fine. All I have to do is get organized with my plans and ideas. And continue moving forward. So please wish me good luck!
