Improving My Skills: Art Practice Pt.2

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new creative post! I am at it again. This is my third attempt at filling up a sketchbook with my daily drawings. My previous tries were successful. And now I want to do it again. Each time I do it my drawings get better. And you should try it too.

There are so many drawings that I’ve been wanting to draw. And I want to continue getting better at my art. So I want to practice again. But this time I am trying out my new sketchbook and new supplies. Now I’ve started making new random characters. Let’s see how far can I go with this plan.

So I started with a brand new sketchbook. This is the Leda Art Supply Sketchbook and I love it. This is the best sketchbook that I have used so far. I hope it works for coloring too. The pages are smooth and the page has an ivory color to it. So far no problems. I plan to fill up this 80 sheet sketchbook.

I’ve been drawing for a few weeks now and I am almost halfway. I try so hard to stay on track and to always have an idea to draw. So far I am going great. I am blown by how different my art looks compared to what I drew a few months ago. What made the difference possible was the mechanical pencil and my dip pen. I do not regret making that change.

This is how my art looks after practicing every day. With my new Leda sketchbook, the Sakura mechanical pen, and the Deleter dip pen. I have to my their special inks too. I love my dip pen and this sketchbook too. I wish I could use watercolor on it. So I am on my search for a new journal that can provide both.

My recommendation is to practice more. Try out some new supplies. And draw whatever your heart desires. Or draw things you want to practice on. I already have a sketchbook for that. But this one is keeping me busy right now. So far I have ideas for up to three more sketchbooks. Those are all the ideas I have been keeping in my head. And soon I’ll have enough time to draw them all. I guess I’ll have to buy some more sketchbooks soon.

There you have it a new creative art post! I am not sponsored at all for those art supplies. I know that we are going through very tough times right now. And people are stuck at homes and all that social distancing. I will still continue working on my posts and my art. I still have to go to work. So I am busy as always until further notice. But I do not want to get sick. So please wish me good luck!

Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active in. Never forget to add me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,

from Ijiserure.
