Hello, Everybody! How are you all doing?

Today I will talk about what has been going on with my life. See how fast time has passed? My last “Life Post” was published when I was back home. Now I am in a new country, living on my own means.

A full month hasn’t passed yet and it feels like I have lived more than I ever did during the past three years. There is always something to do every day. But like always, I like to spend some days not doing anything. Only eating and sleeping from day to night.

What have I done so far?

So in one month, I have moved to a new country. I met a lot of nice people everywhere I went. And some of them became my friends. We used to hang out almost every day. But we are all adults so our time together became shorter and shorter. Then after I’ve moved out from the hostel. We almost see each other once a week.

On my first two weeks after my arrival, I’ve been on a few tours. My first tour was at Lynn Canyon Park. I took some nice photos. I even crossed the suspension bridge. On my second tour, I went to HR MacMillan Space Centre. I liked that tour so much. Well, I like everything related to Outer Space.

The best highlight of this month was my tour to Whistler. This tour was planned before coming to Vancouver. So it was a top priority. I fell in love with the village, and I want to go back there. Next time I want to try snowboarding and take a dip in the hot springs.

As I am on a working visa, I have to settle in. A paid a visit to SWAP for their orientation. And I got everything I needed: bank, phone, a place to live, and a job. My next move is to decorate my bedroom. So I can finally feel at home. And also I need to find a good hair salon. Not everybody can handle my hair.

I still have plenty of time to do all kind of things. I need to plan what do I want to do, and when can I do them. My plans went out the window the moment I landed. I do not regret it, a lot of things happened. And they were not planned, I wasn’t even expecting them. Now I wonder what will happen next month.

So there you have it, a new life post. Like always good things and bad things happens. Even things that are beyond your or anybody’s control. Sometimes things don’t go the way you want it to be. The only thing you can do is appreciate that you are alive. And that you had the chance to live the experience. We have to keep moving forward and move on. There is something better for us on the other side.
