Life Post: September 2022

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new life post! It is weird, I am not used to publishing my life post every two months. I haven’t done much but there is a lot to say as well. All I can say is that I am doing fine. Tired, and bored but I am good.

August

Like every other year that I’ve been renting the prices on apartments keep going up. So I wanted to find somewhere worth the money. I let my own apartment management know that I was thinking about moving out. But they told me to leave on the date that I claimed in my letter. This pushed me into panic mode. I spent a day looking for better and more affordable apartments.

In a day I visited all the top listings that I could find. I believe it was a blessing. I found a place affordable and larger than any other apartment I’ve ever had. After that stress-inducing event, everything was dandy again. Just waiting till the day to move out. To be honest, I was excited and annoyed. Moving is such a pain, but I also like new things.

Something else I did was spend a day signing up for memberships to stores and restaurants. I plan to get a lot of birthday freebies in January. I will have more free food than I can handle. So I can’t wait for that to happen.

As I said, nothing interesting has happened. I’ve been focused on the move. I still work my hours and stream on my days off. So everything has been the same throughout the month. Except when my previous apartment called. Telling me that I had to return the key to them. When I clearly changed my move-out date. Don’t worry that issue was solved in half an hour.

September

The same as August, nothing special happened. We started counting the days until the move. I wish I could have done something interesting. But I needed to focus on work and saving money. I knew we were going to spend a lot on the movers. We used to move our stuff on our own. But this year we decided not to do it again.

Carrying furniture down the stairs and up the stairs was going to be a nightmare. We did it last year and my whole body was aching for days. We had to pay a little more but it was all worth it. Only that this time my legs are the ones that hurt. I went up and down the stairs countless times while carrying heavy things.

I’ve been living in my new apartment for less than a week. And I love it. I have space for everything and it stays cool for a very long time. I know that we are in the fall now. But I’ve never had an apartment on the second floor that would remain cold for so long. It was freezing this morning while it was 88 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors. I really do wish to live there for more than a year. It all depends on how much the prices will change in a year.

As you can tell, nothing spectacular has happened to me in the past two months. I did go to eat Chinese food at my favorite restaurant twice. But the highlight was the move. I was looking forward to a new place for months. I was the one who wanted to move out. I am so lucky to find a place close enough to the old one.

There you have it, another life post. The Holidays are coming soon, so I am thinking about doing exciting things. But first I have to take care of my new apartment. Get back on track with my online work. And also visit my parents for Thanksgiving. So there is a lot to do and only three months left before the end of the year. But things are going back to normal soon.

So please wish me good luck and I hope you have a nice day!

Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active in. Never forget to add me on Facebook, TwitchInstagramTumblr, and Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,

from Ijiserure.
