Things To Eat In: Florence

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Today I give you a new travel list post. By now you all know how much I like creating lists. When I write down a list it helps me keep my ideas in place. Sometimes I have so many lists that I end up getting them lost. Well, at least it was useful while I still had it. I make sure to keep a list in my head too.

From all the places to visit in Italy, Florence is in the top of my list. So this list it is about Florence. I am looking forward to this trip. I want to visit the town where Renaissance art movement began. But you know what is also interesting? Food. I like food as much as I like art. So I am not missing my chance to taste whatever traditional cuisine Florence has to offer.

This is a list the foods that I want to try:

  • Baccalà alla Fiorentina
  • Bistecca alla Fiorentina
  • Cantuccini with Vin Santo
  • Cornetti and Caffe
  • Crespelle alla Fiorentina
  • Crostini (Antipasto Toscano)
  • Fagiuoli (Fagioli) all’uccelletto
  • Gelato
  • Lampredotto
  • Pane Toscano
  • Papardelle al Cinghiale
  • Peposo alla Fiorentina
  • Pici alla Ragu di Cinta Senese
  • Ribollita and Pappa al Pomodoro
  • Schiacciata
  • Tagliatelle Funghi Porcini e Tartufo
  • Zuccotto
  • Zuppa Inglese

Looking at this list, there are so many dishes to try. Right now I am kinda interested in tasting the “Tagliatelle Funghi Porcini e Tartufo”. That sounds delicious. Also because I like pasta and mushrooms. I left their names in the Italian translations. We should know the dishes’ names in their original language.

Soon I will be able to travel to Europe and finally go to Italy. That is why I am working so hard. If I want to become a good travel blogger I have to go to many places. And that is not even the start of it. But it is fun to talk about all the places you go to. Right now I am planning to make the best of every trip.

And there you have it, that is another “Things to Eat” post. This is not the end of this series. This tour has a lot of places. I still haven’t reached the halfway of it. But I don’t mind. The more I write about these countries, the more excited I get for my future trip. I hope it is sooner than later.

Do not forget to give me visit at my new website The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active. Never forget to add meat FacebookTwitterInstagramTumblr, and on Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,

from Ijiserure.
