Things To Eat In: Montreal

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing today?

Welcome to my new travel post! There is so much I want to do. And from what I’ve been hearing, things are getting better. I might start traveling sooner than I expected. But there is a long way to go before everything is 100% okay. You know what? Scratch that, things aren’t well at all. I don’t know when will I travel again.

So I made a list of things that you can eat in Montreal. But also interesting places worth trying. Not everything has to be of their native country or culture. There are good restaurants everywhere even if we are talking about Japanese or Mexican cuisine.

All the meals I want to try in Montreal:

  • A Panini at Café Milano Montréal
  • Bagels
  • Bagels at St-Viateur Bagel
  • Chicken Liver Pâté at L’Express
  • Dic Ann’s Burger
  • Fairmount bagels
  • Foie Gras Doubledown
  • Foie Gras Poutine at Au Pied de Cochon
  • Griot (Pork Shoulder) at Marche Meli Melo
  • Hot Chicken at Chalet Bar-B-Q
  • Kouign Amann (pastry) at Au Kouign Amann
  • Lanzhou Noodles at Nouilles de Lan Zhou
  • Latte at Café Olimpico
  • Orange Julep
  • Pizzaghetti at Marconi Pizzeria
  • Portuguese Chicken at Ma Poule Mouillée
  • Pouding Chômeur at La Binerie
  • Poutine at Chez Claudette
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich at Dépanneur Le Pick Up
  • Pâté Chinois (Shepherd’s Pie)
  • Roti at Caribbean Curry House
  • Schnitzel Sandwich at Arthurs Nosh Bar
  • Shawarma Pita at Boustan Crescent
  • Smoked Meat
  • Smoked Meat Sandwich at Schwartz’s Deli
  • Smoked Meat at Snowdon Deli
  • Steamé (Steamed Hot Dogs) at Montreal Pool Room and at Chez Ma Tante
  • The Special Sandwich at Beautys
  • Wilensky’s Special (Sandwich)

What inspired me to make this list? I’ve already made a list of foods to try in Vancouver. And I’ve mentioned various Canadian Cuisines. I didn’t want to make a repeat of the same list again. Even if I want to try things that originated in that city. My list would be very short. So I went looking around for interesting eating places worth trying.

There are a lot of things that I want to try. And I am surprised most of them aren’t originally from Canada or created in Montreal or the Province of Quebec. I tried to find as much as I could. I wanted my list to belong like the others. The question is when am I going there?

So please wish me good luck and I hope you have a nice day!

Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active in. Never forget to add me on Facebook, TwitchInstagramTumblr, and Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,
