Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?
Today I want to talk about smashbooks…again!. I know that I spoke about it not so long ago. But that means how much I like these books. Too much that I can’t even used them. Afraid that one mistake can mess it all up. Or too much that I own a small collection of them.
If I talk more about Smashbook I could get motivated enough to work on them again. I have so many that I don’t know in which one to start on. On the list there are only three: the yellow, black, or orange. I can skip to the red, the blue or to the 365 green. You know, decorate the cover for my Canadian Smashbook.
Recently I got a friend from work hooked on it. She plans to buy her own. So I brought one of my books to show her. And I ended up giving it to her. I gave her the Tasty Green Smashbook. It is not that I don’t need it. I do and I have plans for it. But I know that with all the stuff I am doing. I will now be using it any time soon. My book was better off in her hands.
Now I am thinking of giving away another one. The Smart Blur Smashbook. I am everyday cracking my head, thinking “what can I do with it?”. At first I wanted to turn it into a scrapbook with all my college memories. But I don’t have enough experiences to fill it up. Then I though of making it into a blog diary. Where I could write and record everything about my site. But that idea is still up in the air right now.
The only Smashbook that I was able to fill up was the International Yellow. It contains pictures of many places I want to travel to. And I still haven’t written a single word on it. But I plan to do so very soon. The other two books are only decorated. The Mod black on the cover and on the first page. And the Simple Orange only on the first page. At least I have reviewed my orange smash. And fixed my my bucket list. On the black book, i want to make a all about me. But it has been two years ago since I’ve started. And some of the things that I like have changed. So I have to review that list as well.
I will take the 365 Days Smashbook with me to Canada. And I will fill it out like a Canadian adventure diary. Then I have the Eco Smash. When I return I will travel a bit around my home island and make an adventure diary of Puerto Rico. Lately I have been thinking of splitting the book. Making it half Puerto Rico and half Dominican Republic. I am certain that there isn’t enough pages for both.
The other 2 Smashbooks I have left are the Doodle red and the Couture Gray. I know what I am going to do with both of them. One is to keep it as an art inventory. And the other one is for photography. Like an album of my best photograph images.
