Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new art post! I have a new character I want to show you all. So far I am getting better at watercolor the more I do it. But I need to practice some more. So I hope you like this new art.

Today I am posting a new sketchbook art. Her name is Hina. One of my many characters. Like I’ve said before I love making characters. She is part of Ichi’s story. I am trying also so recycle/ revive some of my very old artworks. And this is one of them.

So who is this character? Her name is Hina and she is best friends with Ichi. If you don’t remember here is a link to her character post. They live in separate towns. Hina is an islander and Ichi is from the mainland. But Hina is always inviting Ichi over to her home. She has feelings for her.

Hina comes from a wealthy family living in the island town. Hina met Ichi when she went to the mainland festival at the capital. And Ichi was working handing fliers. Ichi saw her as she got lost in the crowd and helped Hina find her way. Every time Hina went to the mainland she would call Ichi for guidance. And that is how their friendship began.

One day Hina invited Ichi to come over to the island, but catastrophe stoke. All communications got cut off. And there was no connections from the island to the mainland. Every city walled off from each other to prevent the invasion from spreading. The only thing Hina could do was keep the citizens on the island safe and pray for Ichi to be safe.

What Hina doesn’t know is that Ichi is fighting her way to the island. She needs to make sure that her friend is okay. This “incident” has brought up some hidden feelings that Hina didn’t know she had for Ichi. Only time would tell is she is able to express those feelings to her friend.

I made this story based on a game I was playing a while ago. After posting Ichi’s story I looked it up and the game is back online. The point is that I made a story out of my in-game character. Both Hina and Ichi’s character creation happened at the same time but not for this story at all. I decided to use Ichi for a new story and dragged Hina along with it. Now sure what I’ll do with the other three characters. Even though is different I do like it a lot.

So there you have it a new sketchbook art post. I am so busy all the time. I can’t even make a deadline on time. I am waiting for March to be over. I can’t wait to get my free time all over again. This new job is making me crazy. But it is my fault for handling two jobs at a time. So please be a bit patient with me and wish me good luck!
