Things To Do: Istanbul

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing today?

Today I present to you a new travel “Things To Do” post. This time I am being cheeky, cause I added a new country to the list. It is not just any country, I added Turkey to my Eurotrip. To be exact, there are a few more countries that aren’t included in my dream trip around Europe. If it were me, I would add them too.

So for a while now I’ve been wanting to go to Turkey. Is in that part of travel planning where you want to include everywhere, but you cant. And then you do whatever it is possible to make sure it is added. But you know that the budget would stop me anyway.

Let’s see, out of the basic itinerary around Europe, Barcelona, Greek Islands, Turkey, Hungary, Czechia, and Denmark were not included. I know that it is expensive to go to all those places in one go. Slowly but surely, one day I will visit all those places.

So what brought the idea of wanting to go to Turkey all a sudden? I always wanted to go to Turkey. It was on the original student trip. But that trip was so expensive and it only takes me to ten different places. But the real origin was from watching “Rick Steves” travel videos. Now I want to try some Turkish Delights and take a Turkish bath. I’ll do all of it in due time.

This is a list of all the places I want to visit while in Istanbul:
  • Anadoluhisari
  • Arasta Bazaar
  • Basilica Cistern
  • Beylerbeyi Palace
  • Blue Mosque
  • Bosphorus Bridge

Wow, I made this list too long. I was excited to want to see all these places. I couldn’t hold back and added all them. I am betting that there are more places to see in Istanbul. Sorry, that I didn’t include it. I’ll find out when I get there.

And there you have it, a new an unexpected city for my dream travel around Europe. I wonder how much this trip is going to cost me. All I know is that I have permission to travel around Europe for three months. So the question is, how long should I stay in a city to experience it? I am still trying to figure it out.

Do not forget to give me a visit at my new website The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page.
