Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?
Welcome to my new Things To Eat post. I wasn’t planning on leaving Liechtenstein without trying out their cuisine. This time I want to find out what foods can I try in this country. I know one of the dishes I’ve been wanting to try for years is on this list. It is fun to learn about dishes you’ve never heard before.
Liechtenstein is a small country but it has a decent about of dished to try. And if they run out, they still have neighboring countries for inspiration. I can’t wait to go there some day. To all these cities and countries. For years I’ve been dreaming to go visit them.
This is a list of things I want to try in Liechtenstein:
- Dreikönigskuchen
- Hafalaab
- Kratzete
- Käsespätzle
- Käsknöpfle
- Muesli
- Müller-Thurgau.
- Prinzenbräu
- Ribel
- Rösti
- Saukerkas
- Schnitzel
- Torkarebl
- Wurst
The list is short this time. But there are many interesting dishes you can try. As you can see, I’ve mentioned some of these dishes before in other countries. That shows how much influence the other countries have on Liechtenstein. It doesn’t matter to me that the list has repeated dishes. I still want to try them. Everybody has their way of making one dish.
Out of all the dishes on the list, I want to try the Käsknöpfle the most. I’ve been craving it since the moment I first heard of it. Anything that has cheese on it is a definitive must try in my book. Talking about food has made me hungry. I am not there and I am already starving.
And there you have it a new Things To Eat post. Liechtenstein is a quaint and interesting country. Which I do not want to miss out on. Someday, somehow, I am going to make it there. Like I’ve said before, all I need to do now is save some money and I’ll make it there no time.
