Life Post: May 2020

Hello Everybody! How are you all doing?

Welcome to my new life post! Another month is gone. And time has been going slow for the past three months. It feels like forever and the days are always the same. I don’t remember when was the last time that I went out to have fun. I am hoping it all changes in June.

I haven’t done much at all. Staying at home or going to work. At least I tried a new recipe. I’ve never done churros before. But they turned out so well for my first time. And the recipe is easy to follow.

The lockdown is over, but a lot of places are still closed. So it will be a while until I start going out. It’s going to be summer soon and I don’t want to be stuck at home in that hot weather.

I am practicing a lot. Either it is drawing or coloring. I plan to get better with watercolor and colored pencils. Now I want to get a good sketchbook to witness how different it is to use a cheap watercolor paper vs a high-quality one. All I want if for it to come in journal form.

It has been storming for the past nights. At least it has been cooler than usual. It starts raining but then it stops. So storms here in San Antonio aren’t like back home in Puerto Rico. But I do prefer the weather to stay cool this summer.

I’ve been saving money as crazy. There is so much I want to buy. I need new earbuds, a water bottle, and some art supplies. There are some more things that I need. But I don’t remember them from the top of my head right now.

It isn’t fun being at home all day. At some point, you get tired of the food in your pantry, and you run out of videos to watch. And then the hot weather makes everything even worse. I can’t wait for the movie theaters, malls, springs, and amusement parks.

Well, all have to be a little more patient. Places are reopening now. But the places I want to go to aren’t yet. It could be opening by June. But I can’t wait anymore. It has been more than two months. I don’t want it to be a third.

So there you have it, a new life post for May. I will do whatever I can to make June and eventful month. I’ve become tired of being at home. I am always at home even before all this started. I thought 2020 was going to be my year to restart. And I am getting it back. So please wish me good luck!

Do not forget to give me a visit at The Senspirational ArtRoom. All I need is your support and now you can do so by going to my Patreon page. Or go to see my older drawings at DeviantArt. There are also many other sites that I am currently active in. Never forget to add me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Pinterest. Well, I’ll leave now. Be nice to others and have a nice day!

See you all later and take care,

from Ijiserure.
